Yu-Fang Fu graduated from the Department of Drama at the National Taiwan University of Arts, and later completed an MA in Performance Making at Goldsmiths, University of London. She works across traditional and non-traditional theatrical backgrounds, often developing artworks from objects and spatial settings. Her work focuses on the relationships and perceptual experiences between the artist, participants, and their environment. Drawing primarily from everyday sensations and observations, she develops her practice through small-scale experimental works, exploring intimacy, participatory experience, and emotional transformation. Through this process, she seeks to shape work that can evolve over time and invite resonance and reflection from participants. She aims to connect communities through creative arts, fostering a more compassionate, joyful, and hopeful society. Recent works include the photography and writing project The Album Project (ongoing), the site-specific workshop Wonderlounge (2025), and the intimate interactive performance Liminae Festival: Sismographie du Silence (2025).
